Workvivo Officially Launches at PGA SOMPO

On March 18, 2025, PGA SOMPO joined the launching of Workvivo in all SOMPO offices globally. This marks a new era of employee connection, collaboration, and communication.

PGA SOMPO office was decorated with Workvivo-themed posters, wall displays, and floor decals. Fortune cookies containing Workvivo messages were given away, with a few lucky ones discovering winning notes and receiving exclusive SOMPO socks as prizes.

As SOMPO's new digital platform, Workvivo is expected to enhance internal communication, engagement, and connectivity across the organization. It serves as a digital home for employees—offering features like direct messaging, real-time updates, an organizational chart, and Communities (Spaces) where staff can join groups based on interests or departments. With access to company news, events, and essential tools, Workvivo aims to transform the way employees interact and stay connected, no matter where they are.

One of the event's highlights was an inspiring message from PGA SOMPO’s Senior Vice - President and Chief Finance Officer, Ms. Bea Coyiuto. She shared how Workvivo supports SOMPO’s global goal of strengthening collaboration, promoting transparency, and building a connected workplace where every voice is heard.

The Workvivo Launch was more than just introducing a new platform — it was a celebration of connection, collaboration, and community. Moving forward, Workvivo will be PGA SOMPO’s digital home, keeping employees updated, engaged, and connected wherever they are.
