PGA SOMPO Celebrates International Women’s Month

On March 18, 2025, PGA SOMPO joined the global  celebration of International Women’s Month to honor the achievements of women and to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality. 

With the theme “WE can be EquALL”, this year’s celebration was a meaningful reminder of the Company’s commitment to supporting women in the workplace and recognizing their invaluable contributions. 

“I believe every single woman should take up space and make her presence felt. I encourage you to continue harnessing your skills and proving that, in this day and age, we are not just women—we succeed because we are women,” said Ms. Bea Coyiuto, PGA SOMPO’s Senior Vice President and Chief Finance Officer. 

As a sweet gesture symbolizing PGA SOMPO’s gratitude and support for the incredible women who continue to drive excellence in the organization, all female employees were given branded red velvet cupcakes.
