ACCOUNTING CLERK

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encode transactions to the new system.
  • Reconcile each general ledger account between the old and new system.
  • Prepare necessary accounting schedules for reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with concerned department for any identified discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

 

Job skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
