Job description:
' a. Release of Renewal Notice/Renewal Advice to the client in accordance with the Department’s turnaround time.
b. Completion of required Underwriting information.
c. Negotiations to improve Company profitability.
d. Arrangement of internal work processes and requirements including monitoring and follow-up for completion/approval of quotations from Underwriters.
e. Timely delivery of policies and Statement of Accounts to assured.
f. Monitoring of premium payment and coordination of collection from clients.
g. Filing and safekeeping of documents.
h. Compliance with turnaround time.
