Ensures achievement of assigned production targets by promoting and offering insurance products through digital platforms (i.e., website, social media, aggregators, etc.).
Handles end-to-end online customer engagements from acquisition to post-sales services.
Responds to inquiries, concerns or requests within agreed turnaround time, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery of policy servicing needs (e.g., endorsement, cancellation, and/or claims assistance). As necessary, escalates issues to appropriate departments and follows through until resolved efficiently and effectively.
Tracks digital sales performance, analyzes results, and provides regular reports to immediate superior & or department head.
Keeps abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to gain competitive edge in a digital environment.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate customer records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with internal teams (Marketing, Underwriting, Digitech) to improve digital tools and services.
Provides support in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
Performs other duties assigned as may be assigned from time to time.
Job skills and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of work experience in related field (i.e. Digital Sales, E-Commerce, Online Customer Support in non-life insurance or financial services industry)
