Provide support in the development, negotiation and completion of business arrangements and requirements with brokers, cedants and/or local and overseas reinsurers.
Conduct research on business processes and best practices to generate potential leads and business partners.
Identify and qualify business opportunities.
Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations and/or reference materials.
Collaborate/coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance and completion of the requirements as needed such as policy drafts, Certificate of Coverage (COC), contracts and legal documents, among others.
Monitor declarations, premium payments, and claims-related inquiries.
Submit accurate and timely reports and performance updates per line of business or partnership.
Establish and strengthen valued business relationship with affinity partners, brokers, cedants, existing customers and potential clients.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job skills and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in non-life insurance
Knowledgeable with affinity programs and digital sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
