Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the formulation of the Company’s midterm and long-term strategic and business plans to ensure cohesiveness and consistency with the Company’s overall strategic direction.
  • Communicate the overall strategic plan from Management to Department level to enable the development of aligned and integrated departmental business plans. 
  • Oversees the periodic monitoring, review and analysis of the company’s and each department’s performance.
  • Conducts research on business, industry and inter-group trends and practices, analyze and interpret these trends and data to support strategy formulation, business development efforts, and product or service innovations.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding data and information for the Regional Monthly Reports.
  • Handle the completion of matters relative to Shareholders and Board Meetings.
  • Coordinate with different departments relative to business process re-engineering or digital transformation and proposes courses of action to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the completion of requirements and activities relative to accreditation/certification (e.g. AM Best, etc.)
  • Undertake special projects as requested by Management and provide ad hoc support to other departments.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.



Job Skills and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant disciplines; MBA highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years work experience in corporate planning position
  • Intermediate ability to understand and interpret financial statements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
