Manage the formulation of the Company’s midterm and long-term strategic and business plans to ensure cohesiveness and consistency with the Company’s overall strategic direction.
Communicate the overall strategic plan from Management to Department level to enable the development of aligned and integrated departmental business plans.
Oversees the periodic monitoring, review and analysis of the company’s and each department’s performance.
Conducts research on business, industry and inter-group trends and practices, analyze and interpret these trends and data to support strategy formulation, business development efforts, and product or service innovations.
Coordinate with Accounting Department regarding data and information for the Regional Monthly Reports.
Handle the completion of matters relative to Shareholders and Board Meetings.
Coordinate with different departments relative to business process re-engineering or digital transformation and proposes courses of action to improve productivity and efficiency.
Facilitate the completion of requirements and activities relative to accreditation/certification (e.g. AM Best, etc.)
Undertake special projects as requested by Management and provide ad hoc support to other departments.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant disciplines; MBA highly preferred.
At least 5 years work experience in corporate planning position
Intermediate ability to understand and interpret financial statements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
